Refund Policy

Gurt Maxxing sells digital programs that are delivered by email immediately after purchase. Because the full program is delivered as soon as payment clears, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once the program has been downloaded.

Before you buy, you can read a substantial free sample of both programs using the "Look inside the program" preview on our site. We recommend using it.

When we will refund you

We will provide a refund, replacement or repair where required under the Australian Consumer Law, including where:

• The program is not delivered to you, or the download link does not work and we cannot fix it.
• The program is significantly different from how it is described on this site.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The file is corrupted or unreadable and we cannot supply a working copy.

If any of these apply, email trynottogurtt@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will sort it out.
