Most people fail at this because they start at the bottom of the list. They buy jaw gum before they fix their diet and research surgery before they fix their haircut. This program runs in the opposite direction: biggest lever first, cope last.
The order is the method
Anyone can hand you a list of tips. The useful part is knowing which ones move the needle and which ones are a hobby. Sections run in descending order of impact, so if you only ever finish the first two you will still look noticeably better.
This ordering is our judgement based on what we have seen change faces, not a measured ranking. Your own weak points may reshuffle it.
Two programs, one method
Same protocol, different depth. Starter is the structured entry point. Inner Circle is the full system, the reasoning underneath it, and 1-on-1 mentoring inside the private server.

Before you buy
How long does this take?
Months, not weeks. Grooming, haircut and posture change things the same day. Skin takes about twelve weeks to judge properly. Body composition is the slowest and the most worth it. Anyone promising you a fast version is selling you a relapse.
Is there an age requirement?
Starting early is a genuine advantage, so a lot of this is written with younger readers in mind. If you are under 18, buy it with a parent or guardian and talk to them before you start. See a doctor before any supplement or treatment. And if your relationship with food or your appearance is causing you distress, speak to your GP first, because that comes before any of this.
What is the difference between the two?
Starter is a shorter guide covering the basics you can act on straight away. Inner Circle is the full eight section guide, plus access to the private Discord, plus one to one mentoring where we look at your specific situation instead of giving you general advice. The Discord is not sold on its own and there is no free way in.
Can I get a refund?
Contact us in the server. Digital products are hard to return once read, so ask anything you are unsure about before you buy and we will answer honestly, including telling you if a cheaper tier is enough for you.
